One of the smartest decisions we ever made was to select Brooke Grayson as our Realtor. As such, she was excellent. She was there for us every step of the way. We hadn't moved for twenty years and things had changed a lot, not the least of which was being in the midst of a pandemic. She guided us through the entire process, including staging, selling, packing, and shipping. We couldn't have asked for better results. But aside from Brooke's professionalism, she also did things beyond what we expected of a Realtor. We became quickly convinced that her decisions and actions put us in the front of her work effort. She came often to help us pack, she made sure we had the proper boxes and tools for packing, having been to the stores to pick up the goods.
